Ryanair launches new APS MCC course in cooperation with VA Airline Training

European leading airline Ryanair informed about its new pilot training programme in cooperation with VA Airline Training. The flight school will provide EASA approved APS MCC training course for cadets to reach Ryanair pilot standard. 

Trainee pilots will be trained by VA Airline instructors who are familiar with Ryanair procedures and able to deliver them. With this, cadets will be ready to start the Ryanair Boeing 737 Type Rating programme.

The training will take place in Cambridge near the Ryanair’s biggest base Stansted, UK. The programme should educate about 300 new European pilots in the following 3 years. There are at least 8 places available every month.

Graduates can look forward to reaching career opportunities that Ryanair offers, including 86 bases in 37 countries, roster consisting of 5 days on and 4 days off, pay of up to €200,000 p.a. as Captain, time to Command Upgrade 3 or 4 years and the youngest and most modern fleet in Europe.

Senan O’Shea, Ryanair’s Head of Crew Training Captain, believes that the programme will offer stable support to talented and professional pilots. VA Airline Training was chosen because of its high standards of APS MCC training.
